By submitting your comment(s), story idea(s) and/or photo(s) to HottestCollegeinAmerica.com, you are agreeing to the the following License, Release and Waiver:

1. By submitting your content to HottestCollegeinAmerica.com, you hereby grant Red Cup Media and any of its affiliated, related and associated branches and partners the non-exclusive and royalty-free right and license, (but not the obligation), to express to the public by means of unlimited public broadcast use of your submitted content (in full or in part), in perpetuity, on the following: (a) HottestCollegeinAmerica.com, along each and every single Web page run by Red Cup Media, including any domain names, sub-domains or URLs owned, operated or controlled by Red Cup Media that currently exists or exists in the future, and however configured for any electronic distribution platform or device (whether now known or to be devised and including, without limitation, phones, PDAs, pagers and other wireline and wireless enabled devices and applications). You are granting these rights to Red Cup Media absolutely free of charge.

2. You are agreeing that all persons in any photo(s) or any other form of media are in fact 18 years of age or older at the time the photograph was taken or media was recorded.

3. By submitting your content, you represent and warrant that it is an original work by you, that you own or control 100 percent of the rights in and to your content and the rights granted to HottestCollegeinAmerica.com and Red Cup Media  is free and clear of any and all claims, rights and obligations; and that you have the right to grant HottestCollegeinAmerica.com and Red Cup Media these rights, you do not require the consent of any third part and that there is absolutely no contract with a third party that could, in any circumstance, interfere with Red Cup Media’s rights under this license or require any payment to be made to anyone by HottestCollegeinAmerica.com or Red Cup Media.

4. By submitting your content, you expressly waive, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any and all so-called “moral rights” which may at this time or may hereafter be recognized by legislative enactment or otherwise at law or in equity with respect to your submitted content.

5.  By submitting your content, your secure HottestCollegeinAmerica.com and Red Cup Media against legal responsibility for its actions and hold HottestCollegeinAmerica.com and Red Cup Media harmless from and against all claims, demands, loss, liability, damages and expenses (including legal fees and disbursements), including actions for infringement of copyright, any third party claim inconsistent with your representations and warranties or otherwise in connection with our use of your submitted content under the terms of this license.

6. When you submit your content, HottestCollegeinAmerica.com and Red Cup Media become the sole owner of all rights (including copyright) in the Licensed Sites, Licensed Stations and Licensed Publications and in this capacity shall have the right to use your submitted content in any form, at sole discretion within the terms of this license, including, but not limited to the right to edit your submitted content to accommodate broadcast, broadcast distribution and publishing requirements and/or policies; and to add to, delete from, edit, alter and otherwise combine the submitted content with other content in any way, in any media whatsoever.

7. Should this agreement be terminated (by written notice), then you fully understand HottestCollegeinAmerica.com and Red Cup Media will continue to be able to use the previously submitted content uploaded by you, as indicated above.
