Last chance to nominate UA girls for the 2011-12 calendar

This is it.

If you know someone who should represent the Hottest College In America in its second annual swimsuit calendar, this is our last week accepting nominations! Just fill out the form and we’ll do the rest.

After such incredible feedback from this year’s high fashion calendar, our 2011-12 calendar is already in the works — from a professional staff of photographers, makeup artists, hair stylists, swimsuit designers, and producers.

At last year’s photo shoot, the girls spent an afternoon at the beautiful Westward Look Resort in the foothills, and in August, we launched the largest publication on campus with a 13,000-calendar distribution.

HCIA prides itself as a professional, classy, and tasteful publication that meets professional standards and passes the “Mom test.” Ask any of the girls from this year and they’ll tell you how much fun it was to make new friendships, receive free apparel — one girl even got an internship in broadcast journalism.

My role model would have to be my mom. She somehow always manages to wake up everyday with a smile on her face. She is the epitome of happiness despite everything she has been through.

What are your career aspirations?

My career aspirations would be to write for a popular tv show comedy or own a successful PR firm.

Favorite feature in a guy?
My favorite feature in a guy is his sense of humor. If you can make me laugh, truly gut ripping laugh, I am almost instantly in love. Pair that with a great smile and I’m done for.

Who is your role model and why?
My role models are my two older sisters. Ever since I was a kid all I wanted to do was be like my cool older sisters, anything they did was instantly cool to me, including braces (oh to be young and naive). They are so creative, smart and independent, there is nothing they can’t do.

What are your career aspirations?
I only wish I knew. There is so much that I want to do that I am having trouble limiting myself. I want to help people in some way. Whether I do Teach America, or something organisation, I know I would be hard pressed to be confined by a cubicle.
